Defined by the political, economic and social realities of my hometown. I am a woman, a Honduran woman. In a committed relationship with words, I'm a transdisciplinary researcher, a communication specialist and a passionate storyteller.

I am a writer who is constantly (un)learning and navigating life through different, often changing lenses. Currently I work and think through an intersectional and decolonial feminist lens. Aiming to rethink and describe history, social challenges, development outcomes from a different logic. I also write about being a mestiza woman (a lot).

I currently work in academia, aiming to bring new formats and new ways into the process of knowledge creation.

My work, which includes research, lectures, and workshops, aims to create space for underrepresented and erased epistemologies, weaving narratives that challenge power structures while remaining firmly committed to social justice. I also manage the knowledge that emerges from development projects and contribute to this broader dialogue.

Through my work, I seek not only to expose the realities we face, but also to imagine the possibilities...
